30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

How to request a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Obtain return authorization before sending the item. The return address is Radyncey, 3 Rue Du Bois Saint Michel, 60460 Précy-Sur-Oise, France. We will confirm the return instructions with your authorization. Returns from the United States are sent to France.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem; photographs may help us assess it. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate return and refund or replacement with you. The unused condition for ordinary returns does not prevent you from opening the package to inspect and report these issues.

Return shipping and fees

Radyncey pays return shipping when the return is due to our error, damage or a product defect. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Contact us for shipping arrangements before returning a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with a refund.

To request an order change or cancellation, contact us. We will confirm what is possible based on the stage of processing.
